Eligibility & Enrollment

Employees at Orca Bay Foods, LLC are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan immediately.
You may enter the Plan on the first payroll following completion of the eligibility requirements. To enroll, you will need to go to the plan website to make your selecitons.

Employee Contributions

In 2025, you may contribute between 1% and 100% of your compensation or $23,500, whichever is less.

Participants turning age 50 or older in 2025, may contribute an additional $7,500. Participants who are age 60-63 during the calendar year in 2025, may contribute the age 50 limit plus $3,750.

Employer Contributions

Your Plan provides for a safe harbor employer matching contribution of 100% of your contribution up to 4% of included compensation.

Vesting

Your contributions are always 100% vested, including rollovers. Employer contributions are vested based on the number of years of service you have with the company. Your employer contribution is 100% vested immediately.
